This shawl states it is white but it is more an ivory, not a true white. It still looks great against the white wedding dress though. I am a medium in tops and this shawl just fits. The brooch that comes with it is very pretty too. It is lined which I do like. It is not bulky but on the thinner side. I am using it for an outdoor wedding at the end of October so I think it will work out fine. I don’t think it would work for a winter wedding though. I was worried it would look cheap but it doesn’t. Its a great buy for the price point,
